Almost all About me, myself and I
My name is Micaela Trigo. I am a Creative Producer and Culture Connector based in Berlin. My origins are rooted in a lusophone blend of Angola, Brazil, and Portugal. This unique cultural mixture has shaped not only my identity but also my way of seeing the world. It gave me a broad perspective and a deep awareness of the importance of building bridges across differences. It is from this foundation that I have developed my belief in the transformative power of art and culture — as tools to connect people, foster dialogue, and create spaces of shared humanity.

More about me
For more than 20 years, I have been working in the cultural field, developing and supporting artistic productions, events, and exhibitions — from the very first idea to the final realisation and evaluation.
From 2020 to 2025, I founded and directed MIFRUSH Production, a company dedicated to interdisciplinary artistic projects that combined dance, performance, theatre, sound, video, and installation. My experience with MIFRUSH shaped values that I continue to carry on today: collaboration, diversity, connection, and social responsibility through art. While MIFRUSH came to an end in 2025, I remain on the same path — supporting artists and projects that cross aesthetic and cultural boundaries, creating contexts where art can transform and connect people.
My work as a producer is deeply connected to my personal vision: I believe art and culture are essential tools for building communities, raising social awareness, and expanding dialogue. Beyond my professional background, I also bring my personal life into my practice as a woman, mother, and migrant. These experiences shape my way of working, motivating me to approach each project with sustainability, humanity, and sensitivity to the world we live in.
I speak Portuguese, English, and German, which enables me to operate across diverse international contexts and establish strong networks of collaboration.
